1. Returns and Exchanges:
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Muscle DI8 Nutrition. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return the product(s) for a refund or exchange within 7 days of the purchase date.
2. Eligibility for Returns:
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Perishable goods such as protein powders cannot be returned.
3. How to Initiate a Return:
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at Contact@futurewellness.in or 9896638728. Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return. Our customer service team will guide you through the return process.
4. Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7 days.
5. Exchanges:
If you need to exchange a product for the same item or a different one, please contact our customer service team. We will provide instructions on how to return the original item and process the exchange.
6. Shipping Costs:
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
